National Marine Services accepts its environmental responsibility to society and the future generations of Oman.

The management and employees of National Marine Services are committed to minimising the impact of its operations on both the local and global environment.In order to achieve an effective environmental structure within National Marine Services, we place great emphasis on constantly informing and motivating our employees and enhancing their environmental awareness.
The key points of National Marines Services strategy to achieve this are:

 

  • Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible. 
  • Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of our fleet and plant equipment.
  •  Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our clients.
  • Planning and implementing methods to minimise the environmental impact of our operations.
  • Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
  • Implement a training program for our employees to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving National Marine Services performance.
  • National Marine Services will regularly and continuously set goal-oriented targets for our employees as an incentive for on-going improvement.
